Safety and acceptable use

Use CallTextBurn for real conversations, not campaigns.

The service is for lawful, consensual, manual, low-volume, one-to-one personal communication. These rules protect recipients, account holders, carriers, and the availability of the service.

Contact people who expect to hear from you

Message or call only people who gave permission, have an existing relationship with you, or initiated the conversation. Keep enough context to show why the contact was expected.

No bulk, automated, or purchased-list outreach

Do not send mass messages, run campaigns, auto-dial, use scripts to place repeated attempts, work through purchased lists, or rotate numbers to avoid a block or opt-out.

Honor STOP and direct requests immediately

Do not contact a recipient again after STOP or another clear request to stop. HELP and STOP handling may be enforced automatically, and complaints can suspend messaging or the entire account.

No harassment, fraud, impersonation, or illegal content

Do not threaten, deceive, impersonate another person or organization, evade law enforcement, distribute unlawful material, or use the service to obtain accounts, money, credentials, or personal information dishonestly.

Destination and emergency restrictions

CallTextBurn blocks international, premium-rate, exceptional-rate, emergency, and other unsupported destinations. It cannot call 911, 988, 311, or other three-digit services.

Usage controls are not permission

Passing a rate limit does not make prohibited contact acceptable. CallTextBurn may slow, block, investigate, suspend, or release a number based on recipient complaints, repeated unanswered attempts, carrier feedback, or other abuse signals.

Report a problem

Send account, recipient, or abuse concerns to [email protected]. Include the number, approximate time, and enough context to investigate without publishing sensitive message content.
